Programme  : 

Sunday – Arrival Day

Arrival at the end of the day in Morocco, VIP welcome and transfer to the Nearyo hotel.

Distribution of the welcome pack, settling into the rooms and welcome dinner at the hotel restaurant.

Monday – Welcome & first approach

After breakfast, a first leadership training session focusing on the parallels between golf and business, with an emphasis on emotional intelligence and leadership.

At noon, session at the Al Maaden practice with a putting challenge, then in the afternoon on the 18-hole discovery course in singles with a PGA Pro, with a lunch pack on the course.

In the evening, inspiring conference by Sacha DAOUT, followed by a walking dinner at the Nearyo hotel with a golf pool exhibition and participation in the BNI. 

Tuesday – Training & culture

The morning begins with a new leadership training dedicated to self-awareness, personal strengths and preference profiles, with a perspective based on the experiences from the previous day on the course.

At noon, GCI golf lesson with 2 PGA Pros at Akenza, then 18-hole discovery course in scramble format with a rotating leader, beginners and experienced players together, with a lunch pack on the course.

In the evening, a guided tour of the Medina and Jemaa el Fnaa, followed by a traditional dinner.

Wednesday – Development & networking

After breakfast, the leadership training focuses on social awareness, cognitive biases, and how to better understand others, always in connection with the situations encountered along the way.

At noon, GCI golf lesson with 2 PGA Pros at Al Maaden, then an 18-hole discovery course in Chapman format, with beginners and experienced players together, and a packed lunch on the course.

In the evening, a guided visit to a monument, the souks, and the medina, followed by dinner at the Nearyo hotel.

Thursday – Development & culture

The morning is dedicated to self-control, emotional management, and analysing moments of loss of control, with reflections transposed to the professional context.

At noon, a new GCI golf lesson with 2 PGA Pros at Al Maaden, then a 9-hole Greensome course with a maximum of 4 clubs to stimulate creativity and adaptation, always with a packed lunch on the course.

The day ends with a walking dinner at the Nearyo hotel, in an atmosphere conducive to networking.

Friday – Competition & celebration

After breakfast, the leadership training emphasises social relationships, listening, and communication styles, with exchanges related to the experiences along the way.

The morning also includes a merchandising session and group photos.

At noon, concluding brunch with a review of the stay and presentation of new destinations, then a major 18-hole competition in the afternoon, in single match play by Europe / USA team or in express Ryder Cup format, with two pro beats on two par 3s and men's / women's tees.

In the evening, Moroccan gourmet dinner in an exceptional setting, authentic local entertainment and awards presentation.

Saturday – Departure day

Transfer to the airport and departure.
