The race formats

The Love Trail offers a walking or running format of 84 km over 3 days.

84 km (day 1: 32 km, day 2: 20 km, and day 3: 32 km) for a progressive immersion.​ (refreshments at each checkpoint and at the bivouac throughout the race)

Each day alternates between effort, discovery of desert landscapes, and moments of sharing at the bivouac.
